We deliver to New Zealand and Australia.

Estimated delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 5–14 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Public holidays, customs checks, weather and courier disruptions can affect delivery.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free to New Zealand and Australia. Please check your delivery address carefully when ordering.

Your delivery

We will send your order confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout. If tracking is provided for your shipment, its details will be sent by email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact bubkindnz@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address. Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes may not be possible. If a parcel arrives damaged or the contents are incorrect, keep the packaging and email us for help. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected by this policy.
