Using the store

You must be legally able to place an order, or have a parent or guardian’s permission. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. You must not use the store unlawfully or interfere with its operation.

Products and pricing

Prices and currency are displayed in the store and at checkout. Any delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Product availability and prices may change. Images illustrate the product; colours can vary between screens. We will contact you if a material error affects your order and offer a correction or refund as appropriate.

Orders

After an order is placed, we send a confirmation using the details provided. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount due. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once fulfilment has begun.

Delivery and returns

Estimated delivery is 5–14 days. Our change-of-mind return period is 60 days from delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Read our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details.

Product use

Follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product, including warnings, cleaning and charging directions. Nasal-care information on this site is general product information and does not replace advice from a qualified health professional.

Privacy and third-party services

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used. Third-party websites and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act and, where applicable, the Australian Consumer Law.
